The Sims 3 and World Adventures - Patch and Installation

Short information:
i really recommend the Razor final release since Reloaded release is not final. If you compare the file located in:
x:\Game\Bin\code_version.txt you will get these informations

Razor1911: description=Version: 0.DL-0.0.11195 Changelist: 625803
Reloaded: description=Version: 0.DL-0.0.11190 Changelist: 624575

If you compare the versions of TS3.exe you will get these infos:
Razor1911: 0.0.0.11195 (April 30. 2009 04:55:28)
Reloaded: 0.0.0.11190 (April 23. 2009 07:53:19)


How to install The Sims 3 and World Adventures

- Install The Sims 3, choose "United States Of America" as the country region.
after finish dont install "EA Download Manager" and don't touch anything first or crack it.

If you're using RELOADED, continue reading.
If you're using RAZOR, you can directly install the patch"

- Download these files (Sims 3 Reloaded to Razor Version Patch)

Open "sims3 Patch.exe" and patch to the installation folder.
On default it'll be "x:\Program Files\Sims 3"
Choose browse and go to installation folder or type "x:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3"
Note: "x" = drive/harddisk.

- Edit registry
1. Go to Start menu -> Run -> type "regedit"
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sims\The Sims 3 (For Windows XP) or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sims\The Sims 3 (For Windows Vista/7)
3. Find SKU and double click
4. Change Value Data to "2"
5. Choose OK.
6. reboot if needed.

- Next download this patch (version 1.0.632), extract and install "Sims3_1.0.1063200002_35548.exe"
Note: If you check the launcher, the version still 1.0.631 not 1.0.632.

- And download this file, extract "FILES FROM RETAIL 631.rar" and copy all of its contents to
"x:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin" and just overwrite if asked to.

Your sims 3 is now version 1.0631. Its time to install patch.
Just go to http://widowmaker.kiev.ua/sims3updates.php or http://www.patches-scrolls.de/sims3.php, find and download correct version of your sims patch to the latest version available.


How to install The Sims 3 World Adventures

- Install The Sims 3 World Adventures Expansion Pack release. (i.e RELOADED)
(In order to be able to install WA, your sims 3 must at least patched to version 1.7.9)
- After install find the patch again at http://widowmaker.kiev.ua/sims3updates.php or http://www.patches-scrolls.de/sims3.php
- For the crack of the after patched version you can find it by yourself on http://www.gamecopyworld.com
note: you dont need to crack sims 3 if you have World Adventures, you just only need to crack the World Adventures.
