If you download The Sims 3 World Adventures REPACK release which around 2.28GB and kinda get "no version of TS3WA found" error while patching..

Extract and follow the instructions by reading the readme inside it..
After that delete everything inside {BA26FFA5-6D47-47DB-BE56-34C357B5F8CC} folder except data1.cab, data1.hdr, layout.bin, Sims3EP01Setup.exe. Because those are The Sims 3 WA uninstaller.
The patch will work for few seconds but it will stop and exit because of the file not found error..
How to solve this (if you get this error too, if not so.. congratulations!)

It has the contents of the required game\Bin for World Adventures, in order to make the patch works without any error. So you have to extract the contents, copy and Paste them into the game\Bin folder of your sims 3 WA, say yes to overwrite.
Your done and run the patch again. tadaa... smooth like a baby..
